Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to remove the POI from the map. The POI makes it harder to see the streets.

Go to POI item on Nav Menu & deselect the items you don't want to see.

 

There is nothing on the menu that can be deselected. Do you mind providing more details if know how to do it ?

 

Go to the Home screen>Setup>Navigation>Appearance>POI then deselect anything you don't want to see.

Thank you. I've been wondering how to do that for some time...

 

After installing 1.18 i went for a ride and used the NAV, i had so many floating POI's i could hardley read the map.

I think the the default may have been checked for all of them with the new software.

Anyway later that evening i drilled down in the menu's and unchecked all but a few.

That got me looking in all of the menu's, the system is pretty comprehensive.

I know it takes some heat but i am pretty impressed with it. Still a few things need tweaking.

 

Now I find this thread! I must have spent an hour and a half dinking around with mine until I finally figured it out.
