i want to like this place since it is now 1.5 miles from my house. but they keep rubbing me the wrong way.

this time i take the time to go to their new place to check it out, and take the time to write an objective review for their Facebook page and it got deleted. i am not going into all the detail of what i said but i will give you bullet points:

liked the building and design
liked the space, very open
suggested a loyalty program like the one bergen has but said "local dealer" in my response.
and then said the only thing i did not like was the fact you have to ride under the service awning when you leave going around the building.

that's it... now i have a second sour taste in my mouth from this dealer. i have a feeling i may only use them when i need a part or oil in a pinch. otherwise i am going to the other dealers in the area or ordering online.

What made you think the Facebook page was for your review? If someone posted a review of me on my Facebbok page, and said I was ok but I should be more like someone else...I would delete it too.

 

the service department writer caught an attitude with me for trying to make an appointment.

#1 that is kind of what facebook is for #2 they said on their page "come check us out and tell us what you think" #3 all the 5 star and *** kiss reviews are still up. and i said no such thing to be like someone else i suggested to possibly start a program similar to someone else.

 

I went to Garden State Harley to buy a new 2015. While I was there the exact bike I wanted was being unloaded from the truck. I spoke to the salesman and advised I wanted to purchase that bike. He told me that the bike in question had a work order scheduled as they were going to black out the front end put pipes on it and new wheels. I told him I didnt want a black front end. He told me that the bike wasnt available for sale stock from the factory. I bought the bike the next day elsewhere.
