Chad is the same guy that was leasing the building that got hit with the rock slide. The insurance didn't cover rockslide damage but he made it right with everyone who had their bikes damaged. Different guy than grumpies though. He is in St Albans through the tunnel on Pennsylvania (it turns into Ferrell road at some point).
