I took it to monadnock and so far they told me they'd call with an estimate. No call. Called them back was told they'd call back in 45 minutes. No call back. Not overly impressed. Been a week and 2 days since they first had it in the shop and 2 weeks since I dropped it off.

Since you posted this, I've been to Wilkins. Just there as a stop on a ride with friends, but they gave us a tour of the dealership and shop, along with a little history of their ownership (same family since it opened). Their sales people were lower pressure and seemed more genuinely friendly than most.

If I were closer, I'd seriously consider giving them all my business based on that experience.

John and his mother Barb are top notch. Great dealership.

Well seems monadnock did a good job on the bike. Happy so far. However as with every dealer expirence I have had something had to go wrong. They gave my keys to a different customer and it took 3 days to get them back. May try Wilkins for the next go round.

This doesn't really have hide nor hair to do with this thread, but I thought I'd post an interesting perspective to a current event here as it pertains to Granite State HD....Right next door to Granite State Harley is a Honda car dealership that used to be Gerrish Honda. It was just recently acquired by Gengras Motors from Connecticut. Gengras Motors had previously acquired Hartford Harley Davidson in Hartford, CT back in 2001 which is now Gengras Harley Davidson which they added to their repertoire of car dealerships. Makes one wonder if they may be making a play for Granite State down the road (Gengras Harley of Lebanon, NH?)

Not an HD dealer but I am totally impressed with Robs Dyno Service in Gardner MA. Incredibly nice people to deal with.
