I posted in Road Trips too. Heading to Columbus OH on Friday, from upstate PA, and thought I might take a scenic route on the way back on Sunday. Thinking about going down to Athens OH, and then I've heard great things about route 50. Maybe 50 to 219 & up to 68, or 50 to 220 & up to Cumberland, and then I go home on 220/99. Are the roads OK there? I mean, any flooding issues in WV, and flooded out roads if I take this route? Thanks.

Not real sure but I think most of the flooding was down in the bottom of WV Charleston area

You should be fine. Most of it is cleared to the point of being passable. As clap said, yea, mostly central/south.
