Are your bars higher than your shoulders? When I moved her from Texas, I looked at all laws towards bikes. Pretty sure that's the law. If so, loosen them up, pull them back or push them forward to where they're level, sit as high as you can, have someone take a pic of them level with your shoulders. When you go into court, show the pic and the mediator may just dismiss it. Not sure about the violation type though.

Thanks Dirty. It's only a $30 ticket, if it doesn't affect my insurance I'll just pay it. I'll ask around

New to site. I ride in the Boston Area.

Any suggestions for a place to store the motorcycle in the Winter? Id prefer a storage unit but all I have talked to said I would have to drain all fluids and cost an arm and leg too.
