Default Fort Washington Harley Davidson

Heard a strange bit of news, cannot verify this yet, but was told dealership was sold to someone who is closing the Ft. Washington location, and opening a new dealership in Fairfax VA. Anyone else heard this?

Default Ft Wash HD

Fairfax already has a Harley Dealer- Patriot H-D. Ft Wash also owns Hughesville HD. I don't believe the rumor.

I thought at one time they were going to move to the new harbor project going up but haven't heard anything about that in a long time. I haven't visited them since the late 70's when I used to live in Suitland. Time for a road trip.

I work in National Harbor, the store that is there is owned by someone out of Florida. I don't know if they also own the Ft. Washington dealership or not.

I just purchased my Street Bob from there and they are still going through small renovations. Didn't look like they were going to be closing anytime soon.

That is a BS rumor.

I heard they were closing all of the Florida locations and reopening them in Arkansas.

Well from what we were informed Ft Washington was sold and the new owner is working with the property folks at Washington Harbor to open a new store there. The current store will stay open until the new one opens. Don, the previous owner, still owns All American HD in Hughesville, MD.
