Galloping Goose MC.

I stopped ata bar in Lawton, Okla. in 1966 and heard about a chapter that was in the Lawton area.
At the time, Ft. Sill was the training area for Officer candidate school. GG MC didn't like the officer candidates. Club members would beat the OCS and take their collar brass and put the brass on their colors to show how many were beaten on.

No mention of GG MC in Okla. in the show.

history channel gets very little right, and most of it is pretty slanted, especially when it comes to motorcycle CLUBS.soon as they begin to refer to all clubs as "gangs" you know what kind of slant you're going to get.

A Feds slant.
MCs are not MGs. Some people watch way too much TV.

I lived in KC for a long time and I never saw any GG. Quite a bit of hype from the cops in this episode. I know a couple of guys from my wilder days that supposedly are El Forastero now, but I remember them being party guys not hardcore guys. KC is a pretty violent city but I seriously doubt these guys had much impact on the crime stats, especially when you look at how much money the cops probably spent to take these guys down. If you want to see some real criminals check out the east side of KC.

Yeah I have a lot of bad things about KC but I have never heard of the Goose till I watched the show. Their real crime seems to be selling drugs to pay for their beer and strippers and rides.

GGMC has been around KC since the mid 70's that I know of. Always been low key and under the radar for a long time. Then they started bringin in new members as the originals were either dying off, in the joint, or movin on. This club was and still is the real deal 1% Outlaw org.
