Did oil change without putting oil in filter and now have air bubbles in oil that cause expansion that almost overflows my oil tank. How can I fix it.

 

There is no need to put oil in a new filter, it will fill within a very short time after starting the engine. How long have you run the engine for? If the tank is over-full then remove some of the oil.
