Default Sifton oil cooler

Just picked up a Sifton oil cooler and having problems getting it to seal, not sure which side is leaking the o ring side or in between the two plates as oil runs out of the bottom onto the motor and of course you can't see excatly where it is coming from. Any one had same problems and how or what to do for a possible fix.
Thanks

Did you re-tighten the bolts of the adapter after the first time warming up and cooling down?
