Arrow 2008 Road Glide 21" Front Wheel -Checking oil level COLD

I just bought a 2008 Road Glide with a 21" front wheel. When I checked the oil level COLD it is supposed to be in the middle mark on the dipstick, mine is at the full mark for a HOT engine.
The front wheel is 2.5" higher than stock . That makes me think the angle raises the oil level.
Does this make sense ? What are your thoughts ?

Do you know when it was last serviced? If I bought a used bike first thing I would do is change the fluids, but that's just me. I suggest running 3.5 quarts of oil in it.

The bike only has 3145 miles on it. The oil looks clean. Cant contact the previous owner to ask any questions. I will probably change the oil, but was concerned about the oil level being too high COLD.
