What Primary Oil is your Choice
#434
I tried ATF based on others experiences. Didn't like it at all, clutch seem to grab to quickly. I had problems ridding in the gray zone at slow speeds. Might just be me though. I like Rotella T and cheap too!

I use Royal Purple...got this of their website. Any thoughts?
"We recommend our Max Cycle oils for HD primary cases. If you would like the convenience of one fluid, Royal Purple Max Cycle 20W-50 can be used for engine, primary and transmission. If you would like to optimize your lubricant selection, Max Cycle 20W-50 for the engine, Max Cycle 10W-30 for the primary, and Max Gear 75W-90 for the transmission. Do NOT use Max Gear oils in the primary. They contain friction modifier for limited-slip differentials and could cause excess slippage of the wet clutch in the HD primary."
