Default Broke my hip last week....

Most know me as hvacgaspiping. but I'm not at my home computer so this is why the I.D. change. Backed car into a guard rail around a utility pole and pushed part of bicycle rack at pivot point where end of rack got pushed into plastic bumper. 'tried to pull it out, but my feet slipped out from under me and I landed on my hip. 'Got surgery the same day and out of hospital 3 days later. Now at full service rehab clinic and working hard to recover. Wish me luck.

Broken hips are no fun. They have repercussions if they don't heal correctly.
Follow the Doc's instructions and heal quickly!
