Default 2015 Stugis ride from Seattle

Anyone have a good route besides the boring old I-90 all the way there? Don't mind I-90 to Spokane but any further than that I may want to run myself off the road.
Also looking to take a couple/few days to get there too.

20 all the way across the top of Washington, connect to HWY 2 across the top of Montana that will take you through Glacier and then from there it's all flat so choose your poison.

Chief Joseph Highway would be a good detour too.

Damn that looks like the ride you take when you have a few weeks off. looks like a great ride but I don't appear to have that much time. Thank you though.

I knew my bro-in law would come thru....here r 2 routes to choose from the first one he says is a 3 day ride and the 2nd is 4....
1st option...follow i-5 north to everrett and take hwy 2 east into north dakota....turn south on hwy 85 in north dakota and follow to hwy 90 30 mins to sturgis

2nd option...i-5 south to portland then i-84 east through utah then i-15 south to salt lake then east on i-80 to cheyenne wy then hwy 85 north to sturgis.

He sent me the directions via text message so just verify the routs through google maps, but he loves to ride so they should be acurate
good luck maybe we can hook up out there...we are staying at the broken spoke campground. My son and i are leaving south florida aug 1st. Should get there monday the 3rd or tues the 4th

I will be leaving San Diego on the 28th and showing up in Boise, ID on the 31st to pick up my friend. Then she and I are going to make it to Casper, WY to stay at my cousins house on the 1st/2nd, then roll into Sturgis with my cousin on the 3rd. She and I will be staying at Hog Heaven.

Taking 84-80-25-90 from Boise to Sturgis... 90 does suck. Used to drive it now and then when I lived in Tacoma.

I try to take the long route wherever I go. to get to Boise, Ill be going through phoenix (remember, I am coming from San Diego area) then back up to Vegas to see my other cousin...
