Default Planning some trips, any recommendations?

I'm starting to plan some ideas for trips this summer, and want to explore as much as i can. What are some good ideas for trips in Washington, Idaho and Oregon? Places to go, things to see, places to avoid, etc.

Thanks!

Depending on your interest, you are so close to the N. Cascade Hwy you could head over to Winthrop, Chelan or Leavenworth

Crater Lake
Olympic N. Forest
2 Systers
Anywhere on 101
St. Helens
Anacortes Oyster Run

And a little further out is:
Glacier Nat. Park, MT
Yellowstone, WY

I've already got those trips set to leavenworth, winthrop/twisp, omak, a few up chuckanut, hwy 101 down to oregon.
Probably add a few trips to the Moses lake area and sunland.
Is it summer yet?

Take a run up to Mt. Baker via Hwy 9.
If you don't have any felonies and have a passport, take a ride up to Whistler this summer. You can make it a 3 or 4 day trip coming back down thru Kamloops.

All I have is an enhanced drivers license, are those still good for getting into Canada?
But that would be a fun trip!

Yep, that will work.
I've also done a shorter trip over Hwy.20 then up into Canada and came back across Hwy.3 a couple of times.

And....If ya wanna go south, check out the Hells Canyon Rally in Baker city Oregon. Mid July.
Some of the best backroads riding around.
Rattle Snake pass, south from Clarkston to Enterprise Or.
Happy Trails......

Did the Hells Canyon Rally last year....and it was some of the best riding I've ever done.
If you want to go you better call now for a room, as they go fast.

Default British Columbia - Worth the Ride

The Fraser Canyon ride is Awesome. Ride through the mountains along side the "Mighty" Fraser River. Good Highway winding roads with beautiful scenery. I am bias as I am a BC guy. Have done the entire USA west coast a few times which was great too. If you want a shorter trip the new "sea to sky" highway to Whistler is a great ride. The Highway was significantly improved (millions $$$) for the 2010 Winter Olympics. Bring extra cash to stay in Whistler or make it a day trip from Vancouver. That's my 2 Canadian cents worth.
