Okay we need to get something going for a ride. I know there are at least few members from Honolulu on here. Once this rain stops let's get something going. Maybe a north shore trip...

 

Too bad about the rains!!! I used to live in Kailua... I love my bike and I loved living in Hawaii, but I would hate the corrosion, or trying to keep it clean from it. North Shore in winter could get some ocean spray blown onto the bikes? Good luck! Aloha from the Mainland!!!

 

Just to move this thread to the top. I know it's been a while since this post but I'd like to get a ride together soon like around the first weekend in March.Any takers foran Oahu ride? Meeting place is up to whomever knows of a good place.

there is a group of about 4-5go riding almost every weekend. I will be gone to Japan from 3-21 Mar but we can get something going when I get back.

The group I ride with is a group from work and we meet at all different locations. There are other groups that meet on Sundays at the fleet reserve parking lot over off Nimitz and Vandenburg. I have ridden with them once but prefer to stay in smaller groups. I will ask around and try to find some more options for you.

 

Cool, that's great if you could. I heard about the folks that meet at the Fleet Reserve component. I'll probably check them out first next weekend and then learn from there what to do next. You know how it is once you meet a few folks...
