Default Panhead Rocker Arms

I have a set of 54 rocker arms that have been ground to a sharp angle. They are not a smooth radius, can they be welded and re-contoured? or can they just be re-shaped? How far can you dress them up before the material is softened?

Probably grounded for big cam clearance. With stock type spring pressures they should be ok as is.
