Default Fuel damage to new paint

Last month I received a newly painted tank from my dealership source, but I had a fuel leak on my top plate. The gasket on the back side was weeping fuel when the tank was full. I discovered it about 8 hours after filling up and noted that the clear coat looks like it has runs where the fuel was leaking. What are my options to fix the issue?
