I am in the middle of customizing some parts on my bike, I had the horn cover done to match, as well as a portion of my breather cover. I have the screamin' eagle heat shields with the screens in them. It would be great if I could somehow get the screens red to match the bike. Any of you have experience with getting anything cerakote'd or ceramic coated? As long as the color was VERY close, I would not be so picky as to matching the color perfectly. I think with the placement of the screens, the human eye would still blend it all together. At least a semi-gloss finish would also be nice, but understand that with the heat, options are limited. Here are the screens I am talking about:

 

Realize this is a late response but you could powder coat the heat shields without any problem with the heat ruing the finish. It would be very easy to match the red also.

I appreciate the response. I've since gone to a new build with a Boarzilla. Old heat shields are off.
