Should I change my cam chain tensioners
Bike has 26280 miles just checked the front has some wear can't see the back any thoughts

You can get a peek at the rear one with a (lighted) dental mirror. Google is your friend.

May as well change them since you're in there.
Google Cyco cam chain tensioners and replace with those.
