Third Gear Slip
2007 street Glide with 42K miles, Weird thing happened yesterday while riding the bike. Was taking off, not too fast or anything went through first, second, then third gear about 3200 bike kinda bucked, like as if I hit an oil slick or patch of ice and tire grabbed then slipped then grabbed again. I had just left home so I turned around and took her back to the house staying in second gear, no problems in 1st or 2nd. Anybody have this problem and what did you find? I plan on starting with the primary side first, chain tension, clutch adjustment etc.

Clutch out of adjustment or sticking clutch cable. I once had a clutch cable fray inside the sheath that acted this way just before it broke....
Remove Derby cover and while watching end of clutch pack, Work the clutch lever full stroke and look for any delayed movement which could indicate sticking inside clutch cable sheath
Slide down clutch cable rubber cover and shorten sheath to guarantee cable is not holding clutch pack open
Adjust center bolt in clutch pack to specification guaranteeing clutch actuator rod is not holding clutch pack open
Adjust Clutch cable per specification for gap at clutch lever on perch
Test ride.....

doesn't sound like clutch to me .
You sat you can ride it in low, or second.
slips in third ?
well the clutch is common to all gears, what isn't common is the shifting dogs.
slipping ( I will call it jerking) in third sounds like it is not going all the way into third.
could be shifting fork bent , or dogs worn on the gear/geardogs.
