New motor, what clutch?
05 Dyna, putting the S&S 111" motor. Expect ~110/110 on a mild tune. Figure I'd better upgrade the clutch. What do you figure is my best option? or, is there one I've missed? If I can get away with a cheaper option, I might be interested, but I tend to think it's better to do it right the first time...
Scorpion Lock up clutch pack p/n 608-30-23806
Vs.
HD SE clutch plates and Lock-Up plate.
Vs.
Baker SP-9 where I can change final gear ratio.
Vs.
S&S Hi Performance Clutch also with tunable sprocket options.
Would also like taller gearing for my five speed. Could obtain thru use of a new compensator, or 37 tooth sprocket on new clutch basket.

Unless you are using a mild cam and no head work 110/110 seems pretty conservative. I'm doing a big bore 107, 4.125x4 with a Tman 600 cam and Baisley heads and I am thinking I will see 115/120. I bought the S & S clutch with the 36 tooth sprocket, but I am going to a Baker 6 speed with .80 OD, under driving the engine with the 21 tooth comp. sprocket.
