Default Pressure plate throwout

2002 Dyna Superglide

How far should the pressure plate move outward when pulling in the clutch.???

I have a dragging issue that I cant figure out. It has a hydraulic clutch, and I think I have it bled good.

Friction disks and steel plates look good. No warping.

Pressure plate moves out .055".

My other bike moves .070", but has plenty of free play.

what is the amount that its supposed to "throw" out ??

You want at least .080 you may get away with .070 but.080 would be better.
