Did you just do a cable adjustment? Check the clutch adjustment and make sure it has some free play.

Did he give you a service manual?! The correct procedure for adjusting the clutch is to back off the cable adjuster so there is plenty of slack, then remove the derby cover. Back off the central locknut, carefully screw in the central screw until it contacts, back out half a turn and tighten the locknut. Take out cable slack until you have a little slack at the handlebar (I set my 1990 bike at minimum slack), tighten adjuster in cable, refit derby cover. Anything less is not adjusting the clutch!

did all the cable adjusting still slipping, so I took off the derby cover when I got back home an was looking at the shoulder bolts, well I told my self check em an see if there bottomed out, well found 3 of the shoulder will not bottom out nore will they turn out, only one bolt is tight, and what got me to give them a check is I pulled the clutch leaver while watching the clutch pack as I worked the leaver an noticed the pressure plat was moveing only on one side, the other side would stay in place.so now I have to hack off 3 of the shoulder bolts and see what the hell is going on in there.

Try using some heat on the bolts before you go cutting them off. They may have loc-tite on them and the heat will break them loose.
