hi everyone. im new to the group. nice to meet ya! been riding this 2003 ultra classic for 3 years now. has only 7,500 miles. this year began a chirping sound in lower gears with no throttle. slight bit of throttle and it goes away. i have already adjusted the clutch and i still have this problem. its hard to pin point but it sounds like its coming from the transmission.i pull the clutch in and it goes away. it doesnt do it at idle only in gear and moving. could this be a bad friction plate? or bad belt tension. i noticed the other day it went away after a 30 mile ride. could it be belt tension, so when belt warms up it goes away?

thanks for your time but it must have been the most easiest fixes ever. little tender loving care to my belt with a toothbrush and the squeak went away.
