What is this nut called?
I just had a low speed low side today and while my knees got banged up, my bike got lucky and none of the real big parts got banged up. At all.
Anyways my front frake lever pushed down on to my throttle cable elbow and snapped off the protruding lip that sits in the throttle housing to keep the elbow from dangling around.
What is this nut exactly exactly called? Is it a universal part or brand/cable type specific? Can I get it individually or will I have to take it off a brand new throttle cable?
I searched on ebay but only full throttle cables came up and no individual nuts.
My bike is pretty much all custom(obviously not built by me). It is a 2000 XL 883(bored to 1200) hugger with wiseco pistons. Has S&S shorty e-type carb. You can see pics of it on my older threads.
Anyways I installed Biltwell whiskey throttle on it and that nut fit perfectly inside so I'm assuming it's a pretty universal part.
It is the part in between my fingers. Please help!
Thank you!
