Very true. That's what most people don't get about lubes like 75-140.... it's never 140.

I'm trying to find what thins the least, but still flows enough. As I said before, I've had good luck with the Lucas oil stabilizer. There's going to be a point where I need to keep things cooler to get where I want to be.

There's only a quart of fluid in there, it can only do so much.

Maybe you need better marketing...

You want a ride that rumbles, not begs for mercy when you lean on it a little. The Six-Speed Cruise Drive® transmission provides smooth, quiet shifting and reduces engine speed on the highway, so you get a better match between engine turnover and road speed. And the Isolated Drive System makes acceleration flow in a smooth, steady stream from your wrist right down to the pavement. It's a rare ride when a bike responds like this, and a low growl goes a long way when you're opening up the road ahead.

I'm glad you enjoy it, I wonder though, I wonder where they got the idea for a 6 speed? Not just a six speed but a direct drive 6 speed where the primary is over driven in order to keep a 1:1 ratio in top gear? Those must be some smart guys that work at the MOCO.

Well, they have a line of people wanting to pay list price for $30,000 bikes with Klanking transmissions.

I don't give the design guys much credit but the marketing/poetry division has to get props.
