Default High Pitched squeal from primary??

I have this noise, that I thought was a rear wheel bearing going, that sounds like this high pitched squeal. Now it won't make that noise if you've only been riding for about 10 minutes. But after 25 minutes of driving, it starts. It doesn't change when I pull in the clutch. It slows down when I do but it doesn't stop when I hit the brakes. I've replaced the rear wheel bearing. The noise is still there. The technician at the dealer said he heard a growl or noise coming from the cam and primary area.

The bike rides, shifts and brakes fine. I'm going to have them dive into the primary next but until that happens, should I not ride the bike?? Is it safe to ride?

Make sure belt is adjusted if not that could be primary bearing or mainshaft bearing

If it's coming from cam area and it's an 03 with stock tensioners at 30k miles, I'd be looking in the cam chest and replace the tensioners and inner bearings. I've seen those inner bearings give out and cause a lot of havoc. At 30k you should be looking anyway.
