Default Clutch assembly- are those 16 rings aligned with each other in particular order?

2000 electra glide classic.

Changing stator and things got a little hairy I might have unintentionally spun a couple rings a bit. I notice that each ring has at least one notch on its edge and each looks to have a black "tooth" (or 2, I forget) but there doesn't seem to be any order to these things. Is there any required alignment of these rings, besides front to rear order of the rings themselves? I guess if worse comes to worst I can put in a whOle brand new clutch, guts untampered with by me, but I'd rather not if it's not necessary.

Thanks in advance!

Not according to someone I talked to but things I've read suggest maybe they are supposed to be aligned some way. Any input from someone who knows for sure?

This should be the same as the OEM clutch plates.
