Default Suicide Vs. Rocker

Can someone give me a good explanation of the difference between a suicide foot clutch and a rocker foot clutch?&nbsp\\; I know that I change the gears from the tank (or jockey), but I'm not sure about the difference in how the foot clutch works.&nbsp\\; Which is easier to operate?&nbsp\\;Which permits you to put both feet on the ground at stops?&nbsp\\;
&nbsp\\;
Thanks

Also, is it possible to convert a suicide foot clutch over to a rocker?

A suicide clutch setup is like that in your car.You take your foot off of it and clutch snaps back instantly.The rocker set has friction disc that help hold pedal overcentered. with spring to aid for pedal return.Thus you can remove your foot off of it at a stop.Its a heel toe setup-two pedal areas where as the suicide has one pedal.Yes either can be used depending on frame setup,yr,model.Otherwise you may have to use some creativity.

On a suicide clutch your left foot needs to stay on the pedal.&nbsp\\; Once you get used to it you learn to find nuetral and you can have both feet on the ground.&nbsp\\; As with everything it just takes a little getting used to.
