Default Auto Chain Tennsioner on a Baker DD6

2001 Heritage with a Baker DD6 tranny in it. I want to know if i can swap out the baker (which is different then stock) primary chain tensioner for Harley's automatic chain tensioner ???

I have an 05 FLSTC and am in the process of installing the DD6. Baker does not recommend automatic tensioners, as per their instructions. I have been using a Hayden for years and will try to fit it up once I am finished. I'll let you know how it goes.

Correct, Baker does not reccomend the automatic chain tensioner (I was originally told that the Hayden wouldn't fit). With that said I'm running the HD automatic tensioner with my DD6 in my bagger. I have a little less than 20k on it so far with no ill effects.
