Default Clutch removal help.

I removed my clutch hub and inner primary for a front belt pulley change. I removed the long rod that runs through the transmission to the right side where the clutch cable mechanism attatches. I noticed that the clutch lever(at handlebar) is now bottomed out in the fully disengaged position. Did I do anything wrong here? I'm concerned that I may have messed up something where the clutch cable ramps are. Will I be OK to reinsert the rod, install clutch assembly and just make the clutch adjustment? Thanks.

Just reinstall the rod and reassemble the hub to specs and you'll be ok...

Appreciate the reply and your advice. You were right. Put it back together per the manual and all is well, bike runs great. No more whack on start up with the SE Compensator. The Andrews 30T belt pulley sure wakes up and '07!
