Ive just instaled andewrs gears in my 4 speed. For some reason the kicker gears engaged while riding causing the kick arm to rotate out of control after about 1000km of riding. Ive tried an AM kicker cover but it seems the problem is still there. Anyone had this happen before?

 

i don't think your cover is the problem. Somethings up in the spring inside the cover allowing the kicker gears to engage.

 

It looks ok. I think the best bet is complete new kicker assembly.
