Default See through inspection cover??

I have an EVO motor that I want to put a see through primary inspection cover on. Has anyone out there made one up already? If so, what kind of material did you use? I am thinking about using lexan or plexiglass, but I'm not sure if it will withstand the temps of the primary lube once it gets hot. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated. I would also like to do the derby cover but I'm not sure if the contours of it will allow it.

I don't know about the inspection cover but check here > AIM Tamachi VPC for a clear derby cover, might beat making one. Personally I think it looks funny becauce the clutch drum is not centered. JMHO

I'd have to agree with you on the funny looking part. It almost looks like something's broken. Thanks for the site.
