Default 2009 Softail Gearing

I want to lower the gear on my bike. Can anyone tell me the easyiest way to do so. I know I can't do a 30t drive pulley because I'm out of adjustment back! If you know if a 70t will fit what stock Harley can I get it off of and what to do to make it fit? Thanks
