Default Panther Drive Belt vs. Standard HD Belt

I'm in the process of replacing my drivebelt on my '93 FLHS. I went to my local indy dealer today and the belt the tried to sell me was a Panther 136 tooth 1 1/2 inch belt. They wanted $225 for it. Seemed pretty steep. Called the stealership and the stock HD belt runs about $100 cheaper. Is the Panther belt that much higher quality than the HD replacement?

Nevermind on this. The stealership misquoted me on the wrong belt. They want $240 for the stock belt.
