Default Baker Shovel Clutch Refit

I have an FXSB rolling chassis c/w the 4 speed kicker box, no engine or primary - previous owner blew them apart - a FW.
I am planning to get a replacement chain primary (original was belt) from a contact (from a 1200) and a new or old engine. Anyway for the primary and original box I plan to buy the Baker shovel clutch. So a few issues:
1) Does anyone have experience of this mod and how it fitted?
2) Does it work with the final belt drive as fitted to the stock FXSB?
3) Can I use a narrower final drive pulley and upgrade to current stock belt width as the technology has improved and they are easier to source if I have an issue travelling Europe etc.
Thx

The Splined shovel clutch will fit fine as long as you also purchase the splined main shaft with it.
