Default Belt drive conversion '90 XLH-1200C
I'm very much interested in converting the chain rear drive on my '90 Sportster to a belt drive. Any sources or tips?

There was a conversion kit made by Harley.

Did a little searching and came across this part number:40111-91C

Give your dealer a call, maybe they can get the kit.

Just google that part number and you will find websites selling it.
