HI - I had to tear down the tranny on my 90 FLHTCU to replace a broken shifter pawl spring. Not a big deal. After I installed the new race on the transmission shaft, I realized that I had left out the main gear seal. Big deal!

I had to pull the sleeve off again to install the seal. As this is a new sleeve and has not been run yet, can I still use it or do I need to purchase another new one?

That is the inner primary bearing (inner race). Yes, you can use it no problem.
