Yes all TC96 and newer have the higher flow oil pump all ready. The reason HD made the change with the TC96 was the move to HYD cam chain tensioners required more flow.
Do not confuse oil pressure and Flow to different things. High pressure is not need flow is.

Some aftermarket offer special pumps for racing, that is a different subject

Best pump/plate assy for the money is the SE 25282-11.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Fits '06-later Dyna, '07-later Softail and Touring models. Installation requires separate purchase of Cam Service Kit P/N 17045-99D and Drive Gear Retention Kit P/N 25566-06. A great upgrade for any performance motor. The Billet Cam Support Plate is manufactured from billet aluminum with pressed-in bronze bushings, and is pre-assembled with the crankshaft bushing and oil pressure relief valve. Aluminum is specified at 6061 billet plate, heat-treated to T6 specifications with a surface-hardened anodized finish to provide superior strength, rigidity, and durability. CNC-precision machining ensures precise dimensions and constant material thickness across the plate, enabling perfect alignment of cams and chains. Cam bushings are made from 660 bronze materials to provide enhanced wear resistance, and to stand up to increased loads from the high lift cams common in large displacement motors. The improved Screamin' Eagle high-flow oil pump provides higher pressure when the oil is hot to keep pressure drops to a minimum, and increases the oil supply by 16% and the scavenging by 29% over the '06-later Original Equipment oil pump.

The 07 pump assy was a %20 step up for the pre 07 but there is even a better one available now.

That would be PN 92400001 IIRC; relying on my memory which fails me sometime.

Just the pump and I got the number wrong; should be 62400001. PN25282-11 is the upgrade to the OEM cam plate/pump and includes the 62400001 pump.

I don't think so. I don't think the increased flow is such a big deal but the increased scavenging is definitely a good thing.
