Default not the same old clunk

Ok, yesterday while riding my 08 ultra I noticed a clunk similar to the shifting clunk. The clunking was noticeable crawling at slow speeds in 1-2 gear thru a parking lot. What worried me is that it clunker while my clutch was pulled in. The clutch seems to be doing it's job, I stopped the bike with the clutch, the clunking stopped, when I got up around 10/15 mph I pulled in the clutch and with the clutch engaged while the bike slowed the clunking started again. Very similar to trying to ride in the wrong gear at too slow a speed, if that makes sense. Any ideas?

The easiest thing to check is the tension on the primary chain. It might be loose enough to be slappin the inside of the primary case.,,
