Clutch issues
Not sure if this is the right forum so mods feel free to post it in the right area.
I have a 88 flst, took the primary off to change the belt and everything went smoothly until I went to pull the clutch in and there was nothing. I could be wrong and probably am but I didn't think the clutch would need adjusting. The pressure plate is on b which it came off as, the third push rod that came out with the clutch was put back in. I don't want to adjust it and have something fall back into place and not have a clutch going 60 down the highway.

Well. Turns out the clutch basket wasn't all the way on. The wood drift key slid on its side and didn't allow the basket to sit flush. Noticed a lot of run out when I turned it over by hand and the washer for the Hendrix drive was interfering with the ring gear. Good thing I investigated!!! Thank again for the tip.
