Default Final drive Ratio parts?....

Hi guys, First let me start by saying I have searched for hours about taking my 1999 Electra Glide to a 3.37:1 final drive ratio. I once had a Mustang I put lower gears in and I'm told this will be the same concept as the car rear end. Boy was that car a torque monster!

To the point... I have decided I would like to get a compensator sprocket in a 23 tooth. This would put me at about 3.42:1. Baker sells the sprocket but requires a special tensioner to make it work with the stock chain. There kit is well over $300 I believe. From all the research I have done, it seems guys have been able to just get a shorter chain and the sprocket and save about $200! Problem is I cannot find a 23 tooth sprocket except for one that fits 1984 to 86 fl models. Anyone still doing the mod or am I way too old school with my 14 year old bike? All the forums I found on the subject were old. I even called some of the people recommended for this setup and they have either left the company or the business is not even there anymore. ANY help appreciated.
