Need help interpreting a new noise. I have a 2011 FLHTK with 22,000. New clutch 3,000 miles ago (at 19,000 miles). Had the 20K service done at 20K. In the last 1,000 miles or so, when shifting somewhat aggressively, upon releasing the clutch, I am hearing what can only be described as a loud "Tink". This isn't the normal "clunk" when shifting into gear. Could this be the compensator? I've search the compensator threads and not had any luck with folks reporting similar issues. If not the compensator, what else might it be? I've got 3k trip lined up at the end of the month and would rather not have issues on the road. Thanks for any help you can give me.
