Default Compensator Issues

I have recently changes out the SE compensator Sprocket and installed EV 34 tooth Sprocket. over the last three years I have changed the sprocket three times, 1 factor 2 SE sprockets, I have 80K on 2011 Street Glide. Installed the EV 34 tooth Sprocket. Now I have a lot more vibration, and when rolling on and off the throttle it vibrates like made. Not happy with this new set up. Plus the EV did not send the Spacer needed to go behind the sprocket as listed. Still waiting for the spacer, the chain may be out of alignment a little. I have always had a very noise primary, took the auto adjuster out and installed the baker manual adjuster, that seemed to work good, better at least then the auto adjuster from Harley.

Does anyone have any advise? I talked with Baker before installing this sprocket and they themselves recommended this product. don't think it was a good choice.

I'm running a Drag Specialties 21 tooth compensating sprocket and chain kit in my 2003 dyna and it's NUTS....lol
My friends call it "Stupid Quick". Of course I've done a few other things to it also.
But back to the 23 tooth. The shovel heads ran a 23 tooth and you can still find them at the parts stores or on eBay, along with a Baker Fat Shoe. They fit and work prefect, WITHOUT any extra noise.
Honestly the best way to go is a compensator eliminator sprocket. And don't let some ******* tell you that you can't do that. ALL PRIMARY BELT DRIVE SYSTEMS ARE DIRECT AND WITHOUT ANY KIND OF COMPENSATING FRONT DRIVE PULLYS !!!!!!!!!!!!

Rock, your bike uses a different design of compensator to the later bike that OP has, your 23T won't fit.

You will get more vibration out of a straight sprocket than a compensator no doubt. The vibration can be worse depending on your crank run out.
