Threading New Clutch Cable Into Trans Cover

Default Threading New Clutch Cable Into Trans Cover

I can not for the life of me get the new clutch cable threaded into the trans cover. Any tips? Tricks?

Ok, I thought maybe I had screwed up the threads so I ran a 5/16-24 in there and realized the angle I was trying to thread the cable in was WAY OFF. Once I realized that it threaded in right away. LOL
