Default differently sized dowel pins in aftermarket covers?

My bike had a chrome outer primary on it when I got it. I recently replaced the inner with a Debrix knockoff of the HD part.

I noticed it didn't come with dowel pins. So I pulled the pins from my old inner. Turns out they are smaller diameter. IIRC, around .3125, while the holes in the new inner are .3335, and upon further inspection, so are the holes in the outer cover.

The pins I removed from the stock inner aren't stepped, so I can only assume the outer cover had been installed with just the bolts and starter pinion aligning it with the inner.

Anyone seen different sized pins? I will probably just use a guage pin from an old partial set we have here at the shop and cut it to length. But if there's a p/n for correct pins I will pick some up instead.
