Thinking about getting this unit for my '09 Dyna. Anybody using it w/ some insight on it would be great before I drop $500. I have an SE Comp and thinking about running Formula+ or Spectro Golden 80 in the primary with it.

 

I have not run one myself but everyone I talked to is happy with Evolutions products.

 

Father in law is running their basket(after his stock one blew out) with a bandit clutch.

Just got off the phone with Evo Industries and they are testing Spectro Golden 80, but haven't tested in long enough to comment much. They did say that Formula+ has gotten good results from their customers who run SE Compensators, but they recommend ATF with Kevlar clutches (synthetic is just to slippary for the material).

Another plus that was mentioned is that, unlike the Bandit that requires only 14oz. of fluid the Evo can be ran w/ stock amount of fluid.

 

What ATF brand should be used on these $500 clutches? Is their a weight?
