06 SG replacing the primary shoe what are the torque values on the two bolts that holds the lever for the shoe? thanks in advance -- I am not good with torque wrenches

 

If you are talking about the backing plate that bolts to the inner primary I think those are 5/16 bolts if so 20 foot pounds will work.
