Default 1984 evo fxr dry clutch primary question

new to me early evo fxr with dry clutch, no primary oiler. has a hose attached to the primary chain adjuster ?! any idea what that is for? also, how much oil do you recommend for a dry clutch with a sealed primary? .................thanks for your help1984 evo fxr dry clutch primary question-dsc03005.jpg

That is a drip system, that block that the hose is attached to has little holes that drip oil unto the chain. Then that hose takes the excess out the back to a T fitting which goes back to the motor and breather. There is also another hose which sucks the oil out of the primary using vacuum. That is a sealed system and must remained sealed to create that vacuum or the system won't work worth a s##t. They used that system in like 82-84 FXR's and FL's.
